Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:
Pick-up is provided for the hotels in southern Rio de Janeiro: Copacabana, Ipanema or Leblon. The pick-up time depends on the hotel.
If you are not in this area we will set a meeting point for you to be picked up from one of the available hotels.

First tour guide and driver very poor. Worse we have ever had!
Second guide and driver much better and tried to be helpful but did leave us stranded to get back to the hotel by Metro. ( We had no local currency, had difficulty getting the tickets, do not speak Portugese and did not know the metro system...)

on 26 Jan 2012 we signed p for an 9 hour all day tour, but we spent 4.5 hours riding around in a bus picking up (morning and afternoon) and dropping off (morning and afternoon) people who had booked half day tours. We spent all that time within 3 blocks of our hotel. We got to see and/or visit only 3 sites. As we drove to these sites there was no commentary. We did NOT see much of anything in Brazil. It was the biggest robbery of tourist in Brazil. I have already notified twitter and tripadvisor since my comments to the travel website were not replied to. It was the biggest waste of time and money. It ruined what would otherwise have been a wonderful visit. We wasted a whole day.

on 08 Feb 2011 The tour guide was phenomenal. He was fun, energetic and translated everything perfectly. He took a bunch of pictures for us, getting to do fun and interesting poses.

mountain as at the summit it was too misty to see anything.Whereas we could have looked at the lower level but lack of time eliminated this.

I felt it took too much time, since I was the first person to be picked up, being on a tour which was supposed to be for 8 hours. This tour for me lasted more than 11 hours. Suggestion, smaller groups to avoid less time on the bus.
