The hotel is located in Leme, two short blocks away from the Copacabana beach, a quiet residential area to the north side of Copacabana; only a couple of blocks away from Lido Subway Station, ten minutes away from South Copacabana or Ipanema, close to many restaurants and nightlife.

From the International Airport of Rio de Janeiro:

• The best option to reach the Golden Tulip Continental hotel is taking the Linha Vermelha Freeway (Red Line) and following the signs towards Copacabana. Always have the ocean on your left.
• You will pass by the docs, Rio de Janeiro Downtown (on the right), through Flamengo's Park, Sugar Loaf Mountain (on the left) and finally reach Copacabana after crossing two short tunnels.
• Take eitheir the first or second right and turn left on Prado Junior Street. Turn left again on Nossa Senhora de Copacabana Avenue.
• Go ahead to the end of the street where you have to turn right. Then take left on Gustavo Sampaio Street. The hotel is further ahead  on your left at number 320.
