If you are driving from the Rio de Janeiro International Airport, you have to take the Linha Vermelha (Red Line Highway) towards Centro (downtown).

• Follow the signs that indicate downtown. As you reach the Docs (on the left), take the "Centro" exit. Turn the first left on Venezuela Street and drive straight down until you reach Mauá Square.
• Take the right on Rio Branco Avenue. The Windsor Guanabara Palace Hotel is on the corner of Presidente Vargas Avenue, the third street on the right.
