- Meet and greetings at General Osorio Square at the exit of the subway station.
- Bike ride along Ipanema Beach.
- Brief stop at the end of Ipanema to understand how Arpoador, Ipanema and Leblon are divided into 3 beaches all at the same area.
- Then we take the way through Jardim de Ala to reach Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas (Lagoon).
- The bike ride continues around the Lagoon towards the Botanic Garden.
- Water break to enjoy the views of the Lagoon and Corcovado Mountain and take pictures at the Skating Park.

- Ride back to Ipanema and end of the tour at General Osorio Square.
Participant guidelines
- Various bus lines reach General Osorio square. The Subway is the best option as there is an exit right at the square. As you leave the train, look for the “Praça Gal. Osório” exit.
- Light clothes, sunscreen and tennis shoes are highly recommended.
