Caring For The Customer


The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.

Pickup info:

Guests will be welcomed at the exit of the arrival gate by a bilingual licensed guide who will display the guest's name on a sign board. Guests are requested to provide the following information: airline, flight number, arrival time, number of pieces of luggage, hotel / destination address. The special request field must be used while booking the transfer.

For the tour, you will be picked up at the lobby of your hotel


Notes:

Transfers to the West Zone (São Conrado, Barra da Tijuca and Recreio) will be charged an extra 20% over regular rate per person.

From 11 to 20 people we will use two executive vans. From 21 onwards a microbus will be the mean of transportation.
